Suburban Investor is, simply, an estate agency for the investor. We sell a full range of investment property, focused in the North of England. Operating in the modern world, our business is on-line, therefore reducing our own costs, enabling us to pass this onto our clients.
The highly experienced team at Suburban Investor is made up of personnel from a variety of property back grounds. Our Head of Investment is Stephen M Burns CertREA, a renowned estate agent and developer in the region, since 1987. Together with our in house team, our network includes national and private house builders, independent estate agents, letting agents, finance companies, sourcing agents, together with a panel of building contractors, furnishing suppliers, lawyers and much, much more.
In addition to investment sales, or services include sourcing, reporting, valuation, rental, sale, financing, lecturing and furnishing, through our own, or our network resources.
Similarly to a traditional estate agency, we value and market residential and commercial property. The difference with Suburban Investor, is we negotiate a substantial discount, prior to placing the property for sale. Our discounts are not simply plucked out of the air. The market value is established by highly experienced valuers and thorough research. Many opportunities also carry the endorsement of an independent RICS Chartered Surveyor.
We do not charge a subscription, and often not even an introduction fee, as we seek remuneration from the vendor in most cases. Any fees are transparent and agreed prior to any commitment.
