Terms and Conditions

  • Access to our property database is free of charge.
  • All contracts for new homes are assignable (unless stated otherwise).
  • All other contract terms by agreement.
  • A non-refundable reservation fee per property is payable upon reservation.
  • The standard reservation fee is equal to £1,000 per property.
  • The reservation fee will be deducted from the final sale price, unless otherwise stated.
  • All sales are agreed are at the discounted price, not the gross value.
  • All transactions must exchange contracts within 28 days, (unless stated), of receipt of contract.
  • Completion dates are as stated, or by agreement.
  • We accept no liability for completion date adjustments for off plan properties.
  • Should we, as agents, need to withdraw the property at any time prior to exchange of contracts, we accept no liability for costs incurred, or any subsequent loss through non-purchase to you, or any third party.
  • Any fees payable by the purchaser will be quoted prior to reservation.
  • We accept no liability from third party purchasers.
  • We do not make stock available to investor clubs, consortiums, or groups of a similar nature.
  • Reproduction of our stock, images, offers, on any website, or on promotional material is not permitted.
  • Terms and conditions may vary from property to property. Please ask if at all unsure.
  • RICS valuations are available for viewing free of charge.
  • Use of the RICS valuation for purchase is available for £150.00 per report.
